ST MARY'S CHURCH The church dates from 1160, with a 14th c. chancel and a tall, blocked, Norman doorway in the south wall. The pulpit is inscribed R1700C. It was greatly restored between 1878 and 1890. Abutting the south wall is a house which resembles a dovecot. |
