ST JAME'S CHURCH The majority of the building is mid-twelfth century, except for the fifteenth century weather boarded belfry. The wall painting in the nave depicts St Thomas of Canterbury, made a saint by the Pope in 1174. Parts of the font have good thirteenth century carvings. |
