ROCHDALE TOWN HALL ROCHDALE It was built between 1866 and 1871 to the design of William Crossland. The building is 100 metres long, the tower is 50 metres high. The original tower was taller and built of wood but burnt down and was replaced in 1883 by one designed by Alfred Waterhouse.
