ORDERING

	Prices The prices of all the designs on this website are shown in UK Pounds, also known as Sterling and GBP (GB Pounds). If you are ordering from outside the UK then this will be translated to your currency (and shown on your credit-card bill or PayPal account) in your own currency. To enable you to find out what your order will cost in your currency there is a rotating currency converter symbol on the front page of my shopping site to allow you to convert prices - there is also a small "i" box next to this symbol which tells you exactly how you can check a price. However, the approximate total cost of your order is also shown in Euros and US Dollars on the shopping basket page.
	Delivery All of the designs on this website are always available. Designs are never deleted and orders are made up on demand so a particular kit or chart is always "in stock". The majority of goods will be dispatched the same day as ordered or the next possible posting day. In extreme conditions (yearly staff holiday) this may extend to within 7 days of order.
	VAT I am not registered for VAT and thus prices quoted on this site do NOT contain VAT.
	Catalogues I am adding new kits to the range every week so there are a large number of designs available, this web site has illustrations of all of them. It is impossible to provide a catalogue with illustrations of all the designs, so my catalogue shows examples of all the different categories. If there is a particular type of design which interests you, then please let me know and I will send you illustrations of those designs. Post & Packaging My kits & charts can be sent anywhere in the world. I do not charge for packaging, only the true postal cost (determined by weight) for Royal Mail First Class. If you order online by credit/debit-card, PayPal or sterling cheque/sterling postal order then the postage cost is calculated by both weight and destination and is displayed before you order. When you view your shopping basket you need to make sure that "Your Location" is correct - otherwise click the "change" link to select your delivery country. If you are in the UK and prefer to send your order by normal mail, with a sterling cheque/sterling postal order, and are uncertain of the postal costs then the shopping system can be used to calculate this as follows:
		- on the shopping site, add items to the shopping basket,
		- the shopping basket page will show the total cost of your order with shipping (postage),
		- you can then either click "Continue Shopping" to return to my website or close your browser.

	Payment within the UK PayPal - You can pay for your order by using your PayPal account.
	Credit/Debit Cards
	All Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo plus Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards are acceptable. Unfortunately, Discovery cards are NOT accepted.
	Cheques/Postal Orders - Please make Sterling cheques out to either Crafts Unlimited or to Hilary Brown.
	Payment from outside the UK Unfortunately British banks are not very helpful to small British businesses. If I receive a cheque in a foreign currency, my bank will charge Ł10 to convert it into Sterling. If the cheque is for a small kit or chart then it doesn't take a genius to work out that I lose on the transaction. There are really only three options that I can accept.
	PayPal - You can pay for your order by using your PayPal account.
	Credit/Debit Cards
	All Visa and MasterCard, American Express, Switch, Maestro, Solo plus Delta and Visa affiliated debit cards are acceptable. Unfortunately, Discovery cards are NOT accepted.
	Sterling cheques or money order in sterling - these cost more than the face value to the purchaser.
	Site Security Order details (items ordered, name, address, telephone and email address) are automatically passed direct to me via normal email facilities. Credit/Debit Card Payment details (card number/expiry details) are handled exclusively by PayPal via a secure encrypted connection, I do NOT have access to your credit/debit-card details.
	Cookies are only used by the shopping cart system to remember your checkout details if requested.
	How the Shopping System Works

As you travel around the site, if you wish to purchase any of the kits or charts all you need to do is press the relevant button at the bottom of that page to add it to your shopping basket.

At any time during your shopping trip you can review your basket to see what it contains and you can modify the quantity of, or remove, any of the items.

When you have finished shopping you go back to your shopping basket and click on "Checkout" where you are requested to enter relevant details (name, address, e-mail address etc) that are used for no other purpose other than to fulfil your order.

Once you are completely satisfied you then choose which type of payment you prefer (credit/debit card or PayPal payment, STERLING cheque, STERLING International Money Order or STERLING postal order). If you selected credit/debit-card or PayPal payment then you proceed to the PayPal secure site and enter your credit/debit card details where they are verified.   You are then returned to this site. (Note:- STERLING refers to GB Pounds, the UK currency)

A copy of your order is sent to you and to me automatically by e-mail.   As soon as I receive it I will e-mail you (if you entered a valid e-mail address) to confirm your order.  If you do not receive these e-mails then this indicates that there is something amiss.   Please let me know so I can resolve the problem.

Should you not use a credit/debit-card or Paypal account to purchase, then dispatch of your order will await arrival of your cheque or money order (by post).
