FAIRKYTES ART CENTRE Fairkytes, a grade 2 listed late 17th century building , has been altered and added to over the years. It is best known as the home of the Fry family. Joseph Fry, son of the Quaker prison reformer Elizabeth Fry, lived here until his death in 1896, and his daughter Augusta continued the family tradition of good works. |
